Do you believe that gap is due to assembly or manufacturing?

You just need to tighten screws of your VS4 PRO but first be 100% sure gears and shaft are assembled correct and aligned. Careful not to over tighten. And don't forget to grease. Plan is to disable tranny and axles to check and use quality synthetic. It's a new tanny Design - easy to familiarise by assembly and dissemble - checking the manual if there is a bind or driveshaft don't fit. Cheers! | |

| Re: Siggy's VS4-10 Pro Yes Assembly but not a problem. I intentionally did not tighten the screws I plan n to dissemble to check all is ok and grease, power motor before installing. Same for axles, same if there will be a bind in the drivetrain. Take out motor and check how it rolls. This is how we have been doing it for almost two decades. Cheers! | Re: Siggy's VS4-10 Pro We Put together Left and Right Spindle. And the Front Axle Housing. There was some bind and tightness in fastening screws that secure Spindle to C's. We discovered that the C-Hub chromoly "sleeve" rotated -- did not seating properly. Just carefully fasten the screw, and all is Bind-Free. SWEET! |

| Re: Siggy's VS4-10 Pro Fhere also was some bind in the axles. We had to make sure axle cover secured by 4 screws is properly mounted. We loosened then moved fraction a millimetre the cover looking for that sweet spot. Axle is bind Free. Sweet! Plan is to disassemble axles and tranny to grease before final assembly. These axles are very different form the VS4-10 Origin. WOW Factor #2 is the overdrive of the front Axle. That should significantly improve climbing performance. AWESOME! Next Rear Axle. |

Going Sensored Brushless Motor How many Turns a Sensored Brushless Motor do you guys have installed with the New VS4-10 Pro and VFD Tranny? I have a couple of XR10Pro. How many Turns of the G# Motor is recommended. I also got the Old School HH 7T Cobalt Puller. If it fits, I will probably go with this and a FXR-Pro like what's in my Orange VS4-10 Origin + UMG10. |
