Default Motor options for VS410 Pro

Need some advise on a good brushless motor for the VS410 Pro. I will be using a Holmes BLE.

Originally planning to run my 3500KV Puller Pro but too lazy to pull it out of my U4 rig. Will it be too much power? Using the rig mostly to trail.

Default Motor options for VS410 Pro

I wouldn’t go past 2700 PullerPro for trailing
JRH likes the 3500
I think it’s got too much

Hang up and Drive

I'm a big fan of the 3500kv Puller Pro in mine.

Geared at 56/12, the 3500kv is only about 1 mph faster than the 2700kv PP it replaced but the difference in torque and low speed control are huge.

3500kv is definitely do-able. Just gear it down at the pinion.

The VFD transmission doesn't allow for a 550 size motor.

Someone on rockcrawler.de made it work.

Just get the "old" Hobbywing combo with 2300kv. I run this combo in the pro and it is great!
