Would the vs410 pro sliders fit an axial chassis?

Here is a step pulled from the VS410 Pro manual. It shows how both parts are used. You can see the Slider mounts in step 4 already mounted to the chassis. Then the Origin sliders bolting to those. If you use the Vanquish slider mounts they will bolt to a SCX10 chassis, then the Origin sliders can be used with a SCX10. The Origin sliders by themselves will not fit a SCX10. That help? |

A related question... Are the Origin Plastic sliders (VPS10124) wider than the universal sliders that come with the VS4-10 chassis kit? The universal sliders on my VS4-10 chassis kit are about 1/4" to 3/8" too narrow for the ProLine Toyota HiLux SR5 body I am running.    Wondering if the Origin Plastic sliders will make it all the way out to meet the SR5 body width. I think they are a little too long for my front-cab only rig, but could probably cut them down to fit length-wise. |

Origin sliders are about 1/2" or 13mm wider per side. That may reach beyond the width of the SR5 body which would be ideal because they are designed with a groove for the body to rest in. Ive seen the SR5 on the VS410 with the Origin sliders before and it looked good. I would assume the length was trimmed to fit accordingly. |
