Just got my ultra kit late last week and as I started into it over the weekend I sadly discovered I was missing bag F (all the links). I bought the kit new off ebay and the vanquish factory seals were intact. I'm hoping i can get a replacement set of links this week while I'm on vacation!

If anyone can help please let me know.

Already sent last night! Just hoping I can reach someone before too many days slide by - hoping to have 'er running this week before I start back to work next.

Yup, send us an email. Include photos, copy of receipt, and serial number from the box.

Every kit gets inspected and weighed. We can check the weight of your serial number and back track from there.

We've never had a kit missing an entire parts bag before

I personally do not have access to the customer service departments emails. We are full staff today despite the pandemic. I can go back and bother them but they are extremely busy with orders and emails from the weekend.
