Default Taking off the damn wheel nut

This truck is perfect in every way. Building was a dream come true and it is truly in a class of its' own. But daaaaaaaamn, I sweat bullets each time I gotta take off a wheel! And shit, if you lose that little driver piece you just might be hosed!

What wheels are u runnin? The stock plastic beadlocks? Scale hardware or the hex head screws? Having to take the wheel off the adapter is a bit of a hassle, but i use a hex driver for the hex screws. Also have a scale hardware driver, for my VP 310s that have the scale hardware

I use SSD's. The area where the nut goes in is pretty tight. Barely get any contact with the provided nut driver from Vanquish. Meh, no biggie.

You could grind down the OD of the tool. Doing this is a requirement for their larger M5 shafts found on their portal axles and XVD axles, they also sell a thin walled 8mm driver (not the right size for you unless you have the ultra).
