Default Tgh joined the club

Well mine showed up from rpp yesterday. I had to go rtr because my schedule and 2 small kids don't allow for kit building time right now.

I didn't even try it out or anything, took it right out of the box, ripped it apart, and got to work. It needs to run by next Thursday at least in some form, so that's the goal.

By by stock elecs, hello proven equipment from the bench with a few cool doo-dads to boot.

More to come. I am impressed thus far, even whomever actually put it together did an extremely good job.

It's starting to come together. Just need to finish sorting out the electronics. Plenty more to do, but just going for a runner for now. Have lots more plans.

It needs inner fenders, a floor pan, and a host of other things, but it will have to do for now. We will see how it all turns out soon enough!

I got front flaps too, they are just hard to see in the pics. Should help keep the mud down a bit.

I really like this truck the more and more I get my hands on it.

Good news is it survived the maiden voyage. 2 3s packs down, several tumbles and mud puddles, and nothing doing anything it shouldn't. After wasting lots of upgrades and money on my previous axial products, out of the box I'm pretty impressed with this truck.

I slapped a hd shaft on and no complaints since. I only have a pack and a half on the whole truck. This one broke 3 min into the second pack, didn't have my replacements so I came back the next day.

So far all is well. Have been busy with a lot of things so it hasn't had as much running as I'd like but it's been put a few times with no issues. Have been considering some new rubber, possibly the sad sliders, just haven't acted at all yet. Still I thing I like how this truck works out of the box very well.

Glad to hear that it's running well. What tires are you considering and why? SSD is coming out with some nice parts.

I agree. Ssd has some good stuff. Got some interest in there front bumper. Not sure tire wise really, leaning towards ttc claws maybe. My4.19 ones on my high lift always impress my, and there bigger size is about what if like for the blazer. We'll see. I just picked up a new body that might make its way to this truck that will require some adjustments.
