Re: D90 Ascender The body mounts were the biggest headache tbh, I ended up braising my own up, If you see in the pics i fitted piece's of angle to the body and just use 2 x screws to mount the body to save having to undo the 4 from the body all the time and risk weakening the body itself around the screw holes, Front bumper fitted with a couple extra holes drilled, And the rear was mounted with an extra plate. http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/...psbvo3rwfy.jpg http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/...psgl6r2qme.jpg http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/...psmjzemue9.jpg |

Re: D90 Ascender To be honest no lol, as I made the shell into a van I've literally only fitted the interior I needed (all thats there are the front seats and a styrene bulkhead just behind the seats) I've left the back empty to keep the weight down as much as possible, this thing will side hill to a pretty extreme angle before it tips but I have weighted the wheels a fair bit to help (approx 240 grams each, so your talking near 1kg (2lb ish) just in the wheels lol |
