Batteries, I use Turnigy nano-tech 3s. Checked the size and they are 104 x 27 x 35. Wider batteries would fit, but 104mm is the length limit.

Don't know about sliders. I still have the stock ones on.

Yes sorry. I have the Blazer kit. Best someone else suggests what works with K10. I assume they will work, that's all I know.

I got the Rc4wd sliders for the Ascender. I like the way they look on there. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...ceab8ad141.jpg

SSD came out with some sliders for the K10. Little different design than what you find on the Blazer.

Wow they do.... Even with the gap... Don't know much about sliders, will the relatively long bars hinder performance at all?

Slick, is that body lowered?

I just brought the body mount posts down one notch to even it up with the bed. I also trimmed the front bumper mounts to bring the bumper back flush with the body.

Could I get a pic of that bumper mod? You cut the front or rear of the mounting brackets?

I trimmed off the front of the bracket to bring it back to the body. Should be able to get a pic for you tomorrow.

Cut off the front of the mounts, Post #739 with pictures,
http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/vater...cender-37.html

I cut 5/16" off which is about maximum and still get front axle articulation without tires rubbing backside of front bumper.

Shortened front bumper mounts 5/16" to suck the front bumper back almost touching the K10 body just below the grill. Drilled the bumper mount holes all the way through to get good screw engagement. Looks much better and approach angle is greatly increased.

Rockhugger bumper mod! Front and back views, just cut along the internal ribbing on the backside with a sharp utility knife, then removed about 1/8" from bottom center, smoothed up the cuts and around the two mounting holes. And mounted! "thumbsup" I'll get a couple better pics from front and side. Bumpers still seem plenty strong. Did the front and rear bumpers on my Va-Blazer too, will get pics! :)

Better picture of K10 front bumper after trim. I'm sorting through the Lunsford site catalog for some higher clearance HD front steering links, looks like 4x132mm with stock plastic rod ends and draglink above the knuckle will be the ticket. ;-)

If your searching for 2s hardcase packs, the standard shorty packs fit. If you are looking for 3s or 4s softies, then keep your search around 100mm X 35mm. The tray is about 107X37, but companies seem to forget to measure the wires sticking out of the end of the pack, only the size of the cells themselves.
