Yes, I am happy with how it turned out, drove gently on the trail drive cause I didn’t want to scratch it! If I didn’t already have the Vaterra c10 body, I would look into using the Axial C10 pickup body. |

Got myself a Dinky RC K5 interior and a steering wheel all painted up and installed today. I have gone all scaler rig!!! The steering wheel that I used, I was thinking it was going to be plastic but it’s diecast aluminium and a nice piece! for 1/10 RC #GAX0088A, ,(GAX0088A) by GRC Accessory Steering Wheel A Black peeled the window tints off too so as to see interior a bit better. export right hand drive model! I just have the front of the interior held in with tape for now. The back is clamped in by the rear cage bracket. Cooper is keen on the Proline 1966 C10 pickup. So I will retire his Bronco body and rebuild his chassis to wheelbase 4, just going the standard red body with white roof and white painted wheels. It will be painted on the inside. also got him the Proline classic interior. Got the gmade sr03 wheels in raw finish. Maybe some custom stickers like ‘ Coopers wrecking and salvage’ Possible tow truck crane on the back in the future. Went with the Redcat Interco Swampers with CI DW rock beast foams. I really like the looks of those Redcat Swampers, reviews are great and I've seen them in action, had them on order months ago but went backorder. They're in stock now! BTW, received my Vegemite 220g bottle couple weeks ago all the way from UK. Gotta say, I like it and am using larger dabs/heavier spread layers on toast, sandwiches and just plain on crackers, you got me hooked! Gotta find a more local distributor. The Dinky Rc interior comes with the decals, but they were not pre cut. I had to cut each one out! I really like that old C10 body, it’s gunna be cool when finished. I’m liking the redcat tyres too, haven’t really seen them in action but they should be ok. Natedog, I will be your vegemite supplier!!!!! Sorry I was too dumb to realise sooner that I owe you man! You sent me that Ascenders Assemble shirt and was our crawler guide and host at Folsom lake!!! Feeling dumb right now. I’m sorry you had to pay for some from the UK. Me a dumbass! Pm me your address and some Vegemite will be on its way! Glad you like it too, it’s not for everyone though...... some people hate it. I too like it on a SAO biscuit with butter then vegemite, kids love it that way too, put two SAO’s together and squeeze them till the butter and vegemite comes out the little holes in the SAO like little worms haha! Good to know, thanks, I'll be ordering then. Like your color choices and nice painting on it too. _ Yes! Thanks, no problem and will pm you! Yep, dang those crackers look good too lol! I even used the bread with butter first and then finish spread with Vegemite as you suggested. Added a good helping of it to the outside of my almond butter, strawberry jam on sprouted whole grain bread sandwich this morning too, with coffee of course. Ooh need pictures of the crackers sandwiched together with butter and Vegemite...yum. |

SAO is pronounced ‘say oh’ The brown paint on the interior is caterpillar interior brown, seemed to stick to the white plastic that the interior is made from, but is no good for lexan. The grey floor is just some metal primer but it reacted with the brown paint and cracked in the corners, you can see the white plastic showing through. |

I did notice they sell a Vegemite-like spread at my local Co-op. I think it was called Marmite.

I painted the wheels for the C10 build and mounted the tyres, put them on the Bronco for now, I like em! Used the old well broken in CI DW rock beast foams that were in the RC4WD IROK tyres, they have seen service stretched over lead weighted wheels on my Ascender and then had the living daylights beat out of them on the twin hammers, they are nice and squishy now and are inside the Redcat Swampers. The brand new CI foams are on the Twin Hammers, it needs them more for high speed bashing. |

COMP DAY! Today’s crawler comp was held by the guys at Central Coast RC (CCRC) and was on a bush track at a place called Kangy Angy. Loose sandstone and hard packed red clay, sandstone outcrops, dirt. The courses were fairly knarly in places! Hardcore....first comp with the new body. |

Nice comp pictures! Is that a Hudson or Beewack (Buick) ? Either way sweet old car! Buddy had a 1948 Hudson Hornet with straight six and three on the tree back in high school. That car was super comfortable and hauled ass! |
