Vanquish VP parts, my VVDs are here and they look great! I can't wait to install and test, but working on some link mount project with the K10 at same time.
Part number VPS08201, in stock at RPP Hobby:

This could allow for an optional diff cover with raised and rearward upper link mount option. Cover would look similar to your SCX102 RockJock diff cover.

I just want more bolts for the scale factor. They don't need to thread into the housing.

I think these are in the lead for my favorite Currie axle in the looks department (although that new Baja Rey axle in development is looking rather impressive). The SCXII versions were the first that really appealed to me with the one piece housing with the small center section but there is something about the Ascender version that I like better. Upgrading all the 5x10 bearings from the stock housings to 5x11 is also a brilliant move.

Don't know how they would do that, I guess put the axles in phase to get rid of it?

Please tell me your working on some kind of weight sleeve for axle housings that are not going to cost the insane $85 that the guy on Facebook is selling them for.

Wouldn't hurt my feelings if you figured a way to weight the curries more cuz I could always move my codyboys to another truck 😂

I got word that the Vanquish pumpkin is actually larger than the one on the stock Vaterra housing. The same person told me there might actually be slightly more ground clearance on the Vaterra pumpkin because it is rotated.

In his photos I noticed that the VP ring gears are on the opposite side when compared to the stock Vaterra axles. Was there any reason for this?
