Default K5 kit on it's way.

I've been thinking about getting an SC10II for a while now, but with their unavailability at this time and my tendency not to follow the norm I ordered up a new K5 kit.
I have a Rc4WD Cruiser, but I wanted something with a little more performance for the new indoor crawling course in town.
Torn between a gold/cream or a candy orange/white paint job.

Your going to be glad that axial trucks aren't making it to the stores right now. The ascender, for the money is the best kit you can spend your hard earned $$ on. Check out some of the threads on here for some of the free be upgrades you can do to start with.
I like the candy orange/white paint. OH and by the way, welcome to the Dark Side, the ascender sight is one of the best on RCC!!!

Welcome!! Hope you planning on using it outside too!! The ascender loves the dirt. I vote for orange white!

It should ship tomorrow. If it comes out of Horizon's Illinois warehouse-maybe Wednesday?

Got the kit today. Overall, impressed with what I see. The wheels look better than I thought they would, but I think I will swap them out with something that has a more vintage look. No real time to start the build tonight, but hopefully I can start piecing it together in the coming days.
I didn't get the green motor mount-looks like they swapped it with a gun metal color. Maybe that's old news? 🙂

Does it have the red fuel cell (Rx box) and red servo mounts too?
