RC4WD TCI HEAVY DUTY R4 SINGLE SPEED SCALE TRANSMISSION fit the Asender?

Anyone in here know if the R4 Tranny from RC4WD will work with the Vaterra chassis?

I have a RC4wd blazer body I am using now and I don't want to cut the the interior for the blazer , so I am hoping it will work. I am sure it can, or will. Just was hoping for some input.. The GCMracing front motor mount is too high.

I've not tried it, but seems like it should be doable, check out Itali83's forward motor setup.

RC4WD Blazer body would be sweet on an Ascender, I keep thinking about doing a leafspring setup Ascender wtih TF2 hardbody.

I got a couple of crawlers I am working on. lol. Never finished.

GCM Racing makes a leaf spring kit for the Ascender. I suppose RC4WDs could work as well. I just like GCM and pimping them up. lol

GCM has some very nice Ascender parts in the works, including a scale transmission mount apparently.

This is the GCMracing chassis with that transmission on it. Sorry, I know it isn't Vaterra, but, the pic posted has a killer Bronco body and I have one that I am working on as well.
