In a few minutes I found a couple more that could work. Han solo from the force awakens (almost earthly clothes) Punisher from the Netflix series aka shane from the walking dead (just repaint the shirt and trim the jacket to waist length?) Lady passenger (or driver) jessica jones from Netflix is great one. Headswaps open even more possibilities with that body. Great generic mold with jeans and black leather jacket. With your new Hawkeye tires! Looks great how do you like em? Nice flex too! *I was at target last night and they randomly had an old man logan figure. Strange as that wave came out over a year ago. Sadly it was full price. If it was discounted I woulda nabbed him for ya! **actually with your Hawkeye tires it would be funny to put him as your driver... I need one of those printers... Your new (old) driver sounds cool! And I agree the tires look great. Perfect width and sidewall height. |

Well I had to take my mind off of recent events so I worked on the truck. Little brighter than I would like but not awful. Sent from my ZTE A2017U using Tapatalk |

I really like the orange marker lights/turn lights. I know what you mean about the headlights, I think. I truck of that vintage would feel right with a more yellowish, lower output lamp. That said I bet lights the trail well!

| Re: Ascender Builds Thats exactly the problem. I was going to pick up some different lights but when I was in the area for my dads funeral last weekend I stopped in at a big hobby store and they were all out. I think I am going to maybe get some RC4WD for the more yellowish tint. I almost thought about painting them with a translucent yellow....hmmm I still might try that.

I'd go with the lens paint. I've thought about trying the good old Testors model lens paint on rig lights. | |

Ah man, my condolences as well. That is a really significant person to have leave your days. My old man is up there in age. We aren't very close, but I can only imagine how his passing will affect me. Would it be better to paint the lens, or could one also give the led itself a light spray? |

| Re: Ascender Builds Considering the years of all my crawler bodies, I should likely do the same. I recently picked up an air brush and I seem to constantly catch myself eyeing the workshop for things to spray |

I thought about the lens itself for the proper look whether the LED were on or not. Painted LED will look right on...not so much off.
