Made a little progress on the interior. It's starting to look like a scout.

I just wasn't liking the wheel wells so I made some new ones.

Got everything glued in except for the seats. I put a little paint on to see what I need to touch up. The black is very difficult to see.

Sprayed the interior again. Noticed after it dried it was the wrong color. That looks better. Now I get to sand it down.

I was looking at scouts and noticed most ran the bolt on black rubber strip on the box rails when the top was off. I'm going to try to mimick that look. Also planning on making a magnetic rear topper so I can run it with or without the top.

Next up roll cage. I'm going to try to keep it as light as possible. Already getting heavy. I think I'm going to have to load up the axles with a little brass.

So I had a spare body piece. Trimmed it up and it gives me an idea. Not sure if I will but it's a possibility.

Trimmed it up so it fits pretty good. I think I'm going to go with the roof. I'm going to leave the back open with the roll cage coming through the back.

Started on the roll cage. Not sure what I am going to do for sure yet but this is my rear cross idea.

3/16" break line. Seems to work fine.

Not sure if I will but it would look pretty good with a spare tire.

That is what I envisioned with the way you have angled the bars. I see a cross member that can act as a stabilizer and a spare mount.

Looks great!

I tell you what, I really like the body just as it is, with the sanded back area's. I like it with the full roof too, just sand back the filler on the tailgate and call it done!!!

I actually have thought about doing that. Has the nice fixer upper look to it.

Well I missed the bronco so I dug it out and reworked the links to the vaterra links. I changed out the skid to a vaterra skid.

Put in a 550 17t and it works great with the 14t pinion.

Finally put in the beef tubes I've had laying around. With the SSD kuckles and the beef tubes she's a tank.

I outboarded the shocks also. I did the front and rear. I'm also making a set of secondary spring adjuster.

I took it out and was really impressed. I took a few good tumbles and lost my driver and cooler. I attached them with hot glue. When it's-5 like today, it doesn't flex so the parts rip off. Going to find a better way to attach the accessories.

Painted the half door's with bedliner. Looks pretty good. These vaterra links made a big difference in handling. I had the axial kit ones on there and the plastic balls are aweful.
