I can't decide if I want to sticker it or not. What do you guys think?

It definitely needs smaller tires though. I think that will help a lot. Also allow me to lower the body a little. I think it's going to be sexy

No doubt. The fact that the bed is a separate piece from the cab makes a much better likeness to a 1:1 pickup.

Edit: it’s not a separate piece! My mistake. Its simply a well moulded body. Truck is great OP. Same wheelbase as the Bronco RTR?

Yes sir. It was off by about .25 so I just adjusted it when I enlarged the wheel wells. I painted the inside black between the cab and box to add to the realism. I think it turned out pretty good.

Wow that looks incredible!!!
I think no stickers looks better. Maybe some on the back window?
Cant wait to see interior. Im not quite sure what to do on mine other than mix the proline classic interior pan with the dash replaced by the RC nerds 79 dash.

And yes, smaller tires and get it down lower ;)
And those colors look great, what are they?

I forgot to shorten the frame when I shortened the wheel base. I had to improvise and make a mount.

Thanks. I'll probably pull them off after the first run any way because they get torn apart or pull off the first time out.

Decided to keep the stickers but after doing some research on a few 1:1 trucks no one really puts stickers on the outside of what I am looking to achieve. So I changed it again while I was waiting for paint to dry on my interior.

Interior turned out pretty good. Only a half interior but it's good enough for me lol.

Candy apple red backed with silver looks great and the black paint line really highlights the bed and cab! Half interior is all I need, smaller tires will complete the look.

Which Led's are you using for the tail lights? I like how you kept the honcho under the bed. Very nicely done. I just added more aluminum to my f100 and filled in the bed. I left the shock towers open because I am going to stretch it this week and the rear body mounts aren't gonna work, so I will have to modify the shock tower mounts to work.

Thanks guys. We got a nice foot of snow last week so I have plenty of time to tinker until I can get out and see how she works.

They are some leds I got off Amazon for like $8 shipped for 2 sets. 4 white and 4 red. They came with some little buckets I probably won't use on this project.

Do they plug into the receiver directly or do you have to have a separate controller?

These things are bright. One lense done. I dug through my parts and found something that would work. Only took me an hour to do one.
