Also, to clear this up. I never asked for a refund after 10 days of him ignoring emails, just the right parts. His email to me after 5 days of ignoring me is the reason I chose to go with a refund. He ignored all questions about the cause of the issue. Just wanted to know when he would have his parts. No apology for the wrong parts or the mistake. Just said he’s sold lots of these kits and never had an issue before. Issue was never going to get resolved correctly after seeing that type of service. |

Got a refund issued from RPP today. Won’t bother going into detail about the communication with super Shafty or with RPP for that matter. Neither one was great but RPP did come through with the refund. For future people who see this. I would NOT recommend purchasing from super Shafty for anything, poor customer service. Even through a vendor who supports someone like this it’s a huge headache. Lesson learned. Editing title to reflect issue. Not to blame MIP I don’t believe. |
