how to set backlash
 
Diffs seem to have a lil to much play so am wondering how to fix?? what size shims? and do i need to shim the pinon the ring gear or both?

The pins in the CVDs, you want both the L and R sides to be the same direction.

_ _ = phase

| | = phase


_ | = Not in phase.
