Default Adding weight

Has anyone here used JEC Racing axle armor? I'm thinking about ordering some beef tubes and maybe some SSD hubs and knuckles, thought the axle armor might be a good addition. Any feedback is appreciated!

No, but I've seen the pictures before and I'd pass on anything like that on the outside of the axle housing. Decreases ground clearance, looks terrible, stick with adding axle weight inside the tubes like Codyboy or Beeftubes, faux brake rotors (Vaterra, etc.) preferably non-rotating mass. Also better to just let the plastic (inexpensive and durable) axle housings wear and replace as needed, I've not needed to in several years. JEC does make some nice looking parts, but I'd pass on all these that you asked about.
