I would use it slow speed as it would have more chance to bite into the metal.

As M1tch said, yes slow speed, ideally it will catch on the screw head and actually unscrew the whole thing.

The gearing is different in those axles as they are for SCX10. The truck will be faster is the easiest way to say it without getting into gear ratios etc. You could fit a smaller pinion on motor to allow for that. I don't know what kind of quality those axles are. someone else here might have experienc eof them.

I,ve got those axles on my trail rig and love them. Their weight is awesome for better lcg. A mate runs some too. I will suggest buying some generic cvd’s to have as backup. I run mine hard when out and they hold up proper. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
