What Duratrax body are you referring to, the Evader? Duratrax does not have a 1/10 scale SC truck, the Evader is a desert truck which may fit width wise but I'm guessing it's way to long. Every 1/10 scale SC body I have is way to wide and long to fit on the Twin Hammers.

I wouldn't even waste your time trying to fit the RC4WD 2sp tranny in the Twin Hammers. The stock tranny is extremely durable and the shifting is flawless at any speed. I still cannot understand how they made the tranny strong enough to be able to shift going up a hill at full throttle in first and shift into second without lifting off the throttle at all and all being done with a ROC 412 brushless motor and 3s lipo power. It sounds/shifts hard but it doesn't skip a beat and just keeps asking for more.

He may be talking about the Evader Desert Truck. If I remember right the one thing I noticed about this truck body is that is was short. I was going to use one for a scale build. They also have a pretty cool Desert Bug. If it was me I like the original look with maybe a different hood panel.

One last question ohh kind sir. What was the offset of the wheels or are they close to the stock Axial W.E. wheels?
I measure from the back of the wheel(or beadlock ring) to the depth of the hex in case you are going to pull some calipers out so that I can compare.

Measured as you do, the offset is ~11mm.
