Why would you even want to do that

Go buy the hpi if you want that look

I'm all for changing thing up, I cant wait to see some of the crazy koh buggy cages some of the vendors roll out for them

I see ALOT of stuff that looks nearly identical to stuff on the losi comp crawler...knuckles, king pins, rod ends, stub shaft, drivelines, shock cartridges, some parts of the shift linkages...

How fast is this truck. Would it be fun at all to run on a track?

When I had mine, I built a locker for the front which made it work tons better in the slow stuff and didn't affect the turning radius too much. I liked it much better locked up.

This is a pretty trick rig and a blast to drive and crawl. Have fun guys.

Not sure how fast they are as a rtr but I was running a 3 cell lipo with a 15 turn double brushed motor and it hauled. It will need the optional sway bars to keep it planted when trying to race it around a track.

It sounds like alot of rcc members were in secret testing. For all who had one of these, congrats on keeping the cat in the bag.I like the overall look and i really like the wheels for another build. What sucks is i just acquired two Exos and now have to get rid of one...

This seems like a really cool car but if this is the way the market is going which it sure does seem like it, then I wouldn't be surprised if Axial is already in the process of designing a IFS KOH car. I think it would be a better idea to wait and see what is coming in the future. But Don't get me wrong, this thing is BADASS.

great looking truck, that rear axle is sexy! i think i'll be buying one to pit against my exo!

i wouldn't doubt a full solid axle scale rig is in the mix for vaterra!

Just a couple of questions, would the drivetrain handle a Pro4 ? What is the spur , 48p, 32p or mod1 ? Seeing as its metric no scte etc. parts will be compatible , right ?
I just bought one and want to get some parts sorted, I should have it mid next week .I'm glad they stocked the shelves in Australia first !

My feelings exactly. I'm iffy about the IFS and its capability as a crawler. But I love that it's more of a dual purpose machine than the Exo.

I'd REALLY like to see some low speed crawling videos

Badger, any chance you could get a pic of it with 2.2's on? I'm really curious to how it will look!

Will do. I think 2.2's are going to be way to big and not look right at all. IMO the stock 4.1" 1.9's look proportional but have a tall tire look with the overall size of the rig and it's cage.

I'll be also be taking pics of it today next to my SCX10 Jeep JK.

Gives a good idea of size!

Thanks man. I know it might not look right, but it's always interesting to see with your own eyes

It's 48P. Any Losi XXXT/SCT spur gear will fit in a pinch.
