Default Thrashing tires

I'm looking for a more aggressive tire for my twammer. I'd like them to be harder than stockers to prevent the ballooning, and also get some more bite. My buddy is running badlands on his slash, and those seem to hook well. I was impressed. I'd like something similar. I see peeps putting soft crawler compounds on, but i have crawlers for that. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Try "straping" the tires, as in this video by squirellod. I have done this to tires on my old slash with a 5700 kv motor and it worked great.
