| ***DERWOOD DESIGNS Double D Steering Kits*** Twin Hammers Double D Steering Kit Tired of tons of slop in your steering? Breaking top plates constantly? The Double D steering kit eliminates both problems. You get the aluminum top plate and the steering bellcrank in one unit. The bellcrank setup eliminates the massive slop and binding that is created in the stock steering rack. The top plate provides a stronger front end for those big jumps and hard hits. I haven't been able to get ahold of any of the upright shock mounts to test yet. As soon as I get some info on it ill pass it along here. I have a shock mount add on in the works with alittle different design that will bolt right up to this top plate. It will keep the shock more protected by the body.

With your shock mount bolt on will you be able to run a battery under the hood? I'm planning on getting the setup either way but was just wondering..

| Yes there should be room but not sure how much yet. Still designing it. Once I get everything going good on the steering kit I'm gonna jump on the shock mount.
