I want to apologize to anyone who received the templates from me as it seems that the holes don't QUITE line up perfectly with the cage holes. Printing at 103% should correct this if I got it right. The holes are roughly 1/16" off between mounting points when I lined it up to my chassis.

Have you rescanned them at some point?

When print every one should make sure that the check box in acrobat or reader that says scale to fit (or scale to printable margin) is not checked. I know some people have ended up with then being to small because they program scaled them down to fit the page.

A full-width roof extension would be great. I've redrawn to cut mine. Also, maybe a dashboard visor extension for the hood panel?

I went ahead and put these in PNG format and uploaded them to my Photobucket, they should still be the same size as the original file, but you might want to double check it before hand.
