Tried with the PNGs available in this thread but haven't been able to get a print of the right size.

Can't help with the PDF but this is what I did; had the same problem as you. I printed the PNG. Then I measured on the print between two screw holes (holes as far apart as possible), then measured between the same holes on the frame. Calculated the difference ratio and upped the print ratio on the printer by that amount. Worked for me.

Finally been able to print them with the correct size and ratio yesterday ... had to set up the printer in Legal and without adjusting image to paper.

Bringing this one back from the dead. I've saved the templates posted serval pages back.

Does anyone have these in the .pdf as well? Does anyone have them with a 1" square for scaling purposes? If not, I'll use the provided templates and attempt to scale them and add a 1" square for scaling but it'll be in a week when I get back home.

Something like what I did with the Bomber and Harley Wraith panels.

Made these tonight by scanning the original side and hood panels. I trimmed down the roof from CollateralKhaos's panels for a more factory looking fit since I couldn't get mine to scan right with the faux lights. Hope it's right as I haven't printed them on paper yet to test fit.
