The parts came in! I'm really pleased with them. The cage feels easily stiff and strong enough, and it all fitted together with minimal issues. Very happy with the scale looks of it. Not bad for a first off. I was half expecting the first to get scrapped. There are minor tweaks to make if a do another, but definitely just need to do some testing first! |

Is there room for a winch up front. If a Hot Racing front bumper/winch mount is used? Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk |

This is a blue star worthy part. I like how you adressed the multiple problems on the front end. If/when you get your blue star, I will buy one of these front end kits. |

Wow, great response. Thanks for the comments guys. I'd better think about running a batch! I should be gving the car some abuse this weekend, so will see how it all works in action. Meanwhile i've tweaked some of the geometry very slightly, adjusted the way the ball bearings fit and made some nice details like captive nuts on the bell crank pivots. Can't see any reason why a winch wouldn't work with it. I'd need to see a fitted winch in more detail to be sure. Next job is to mount the battery way down in all that space thats freed up! |

Like someone said earlier you could just make it public on shapeways and we could order our own. You can even set it up so that you get a part of the money for each sale. Sent from my SM-G920T using Tapatalk Last edited by Di_Spencer; 04-13-2016 at 01:51 PM. | |

Good job, believe me, I learned about that the hard way. Having said that, the rules are there for a good reason, and sometime we need to get our hand slapped a little. |
