Anybody know what these will fit without issue. I'd grab one for my my bomber but I think it'll be too short. How about an scx10?

Diameter is same for scx, but I believe these will be a little short for scx regular wheelbase.

Yes thanks for the heads up, especially since I'm new to rc and started with the twin hammers. I would have missed out on an important improvement. Also ordered two, just in case.

can anyone confirm if this will work when you have the extended length rear arms on the twin hammer?

Re: VTH rear MIP X-Duty CVD $10 Close out

I have yeti trailing arms on my Twin. I used the male section of a Yeti MIP and joined it with the MIP I had on the twin before I stretched it. The reason I mixed them was one Shaft uses two set screws were the other has one threaded pin that goes through the outdrive.

How strong is the stock vaterra one? Likely to break?

I've beat on mine for a year now and it hasn't broken yet. But you never know. Nice to have something very strong and keep the stock for a spare.

OK everyone I need your help.

I can not remove the old CVD because the person that sold it to me (never buy on ebay again) broke the tip of his driver off in the grub screw. any ideas?

That was nice of them! :-)

I think you are looking at some drilling. Get a bit about the size of the grub screw and give it a shot. If you have a drill press it would help.

No drill press. just hand drill. Any recommendation on drill bit type
