Default Rear wheel drive only..front not moving.

Hello,

Rookie here, just bought myself a used TWH DT 1.9, looks great but something is not working as intended. The front wheels are not spinning when applying throttle, only the rear wheel.s
I can see the front shaft spinning but as I said, no movement on the front wheels.

I presume it's the something with the front diff? Perhaps some of you can help me out. Have a stripped screw head I need to remove in order to get the body off. In the meantime I hope to get this thread going.

Thanks.

Could be diff.... but check the screws on the drive shaft ends. They do come loose sometimes.

Thanks guys. That solved it. Should those screws be set with locktight?
I'm missing the manual.

I did mine with loc tite. If you're carefull you can drill through the output shaft and use a longer style grub screw all the way through it.

Yes. Blue loctite is best.

X2, use a q-tip with rubbing alcohol to clean up any oily residue first.

You guys where right, it was a combination of set screws!
Both the screws on the Drive shaft and the Drive Shaft Yoke/Cup was loose.
Some blue lock tight took care of that.
