Default rebuilding my th, what to order?

so, after deciding to get back in to the hobby, I allready revived my venom creeper, now the next project is my twin hammers.
1. I need to order a new set of king pins, any specific place to order them from? or just stock steering king pins from ebay?
2. any upgrades worth considering? I'm leaning torward crawling with some speed, so any suspentions upgrades or I don't know what else should I consider? allready locked the front diff.
3. new motor/esc? should I upgrade? or is the old stock ones good enought? got the first batch.
4. tires and wheels, anything that won't be too big so I wont be able to steer but will be grippy and enought size for crawling? and cheap, very important
5. most important as far as I can tell, what about batteries?

I just added wheel spacers and a rear swaybar to mine and they have made a huge difference to the stability at higher speed. Way fewer flips. Total investment $25

The Twin Hammers runs really nicely with a brushless sensored system. Either a 10.5T or 13.5T motor will give it pep as well as some smooth low end.

The only real upgrades a twin hammer needs is a bellcrank conversion for the steering to eliminate the lousy sliding rack setup. Aluminum wheel hexs, HD front diff outputs, sway bars and metal trans gears are good upgrades for an RTR, but are included in the kit version.

Stock kingpins are fine.

I've run a bunch of tires on my twin hammers, and liked the pit bull regular rock beasts the most.
