Kit version, nice!

In hindsight I wish I got the kit instead of RTR.

What motor/ESC did you go with? Is it for crawling or racing or bashing?

I went with 21t Holmes 550 trail master motor, Hobbywing 1080 esc and 28/78 gearing locked front diff and swaybars front and back but with the softest rate, so does both little speed and some crawling.
But may open front diff and go brushless cos sure like to go fast better at crawling its OK...and yes kit version is loaded with all the goodies.
Plus running on 3s so it's actually quite quick with the 21t motor.

500K to 1M diff oil in an open front diff gives the best of both worlds.

Something you might want to think about is raising the rear upper links about 3/8" off the differential and moving the forward rear link points to their highest position; it'll help with the rear torque twist under hard acceleration. GCM Racing or Scorched Parts (Shapeways) rear truss, will do that, I've also seen it done ghetto style with four ball links placed under the stock truss.
