| Bling From Behind? (Alloy Diff Cover?)
I want to add an alloy diff cover to the back of my TH. Although I cannot find an alloy cover specifically for the TH, I believe that I read a while back that the cover from another rig will fit. I just don't know what vehicle that is. Maybe an Axial Wraith? If you know that answer, please enlighten me! Thanks! |

If you just want shiney chinesium, I believe either Integy or RC4WD (both?) made complete aluminum housings.

I really do hope that someone on this forum has done this and can tell me what diff cover from another car will fit the TH. See attachment below for the part I'm asking about: | |

This might be a possibility. The parts explosion is from an old Axial Ridgecrest with an AR60 Diff. Maybe I'll order a cheap plastic one to see if it fits. If so, then I can buy a better one. I'm still open to suggestions, though. I'd be surprised if nobody has done this to their TH. Hmm, after staring at these two parts for a bit, I think the AR60 cover is too tall. Back to the RC Parts Explosion Board! Last edited by MailManX; 02-04-2020 at 04:57 PM. |

Your dreaming if you think any other RC's diff cover will fit a Twin Hammer. The twin hammer axle is very unique in several ways, your not just going to adapt another cover to fit. Plus there is nothing wrong with the stock rear axle or its cover. |

| Re: Bling From Behind? (Alloy Diff Cover?) A man can dream, can he not? I have no problem with the rear axle. It's a good one, as you say. I do thank you for letting me know that nothing else will work. In that case, I'll just put a little paint on it. Maybe red. I just want a little spot o' bling. |
