I bought my hammers used an the guy that had it took the shift Servo out and put a handle on the shift rod su can shift it manually but it keeps popping out of gear. Anyone done this or had this problem?

Would it be possible to fit a full size steering Servo in there? I already have one sitting here

Not easily. You'd have to make an adapter plate and trim the cages dashbar. Just buy a shift servo.

Put a shift servo yourself or have a mechanic do it for you, it's your best solution. Best of luck!
