Yup, that's what I said:
"4 Position Dual RC Switch for LEDs"

Here is what it does... you have two outputs that you can use to power your lighting. Let's call the outputs Bank A and Bank B.
The servo plug goes into a linear channel on your receiver.

0-25% rx signal all off
26-50% rx signal all on
51-75% rx signal bank A on
76-100% rx signal bank B on



This is a sample of a simple LED circuit that you could power from the outputs:



(if someone wants to draw a better picture, I would be happy to use it instead!)

The transistors that do the switching are capable of more than ten amps. Way more current than you would really want to use.
