So for a 1/6 scale rig that's probably going to weigh 20+lbs which I'd like to use a 540 motor and axial transmission as a winch which one should I get? Looking at running 2s or a 7.2v stick pack, could do 3s just for the winch

It should be all you need though unless you are running your winch close to stalling. | |

Not exact sure on the weight, but it's going to run on t/e MAXX axles and connected by a 1/4 inch plate of aluminum. Body is a huge H1 for Gi Joes I'll try the 16a one I guess after I finish assembly

Following KMS's suggestion to include a double deans style of connector to make it easy to power the winch. ![]() Also, I will no longer offer the other sizes of relay winch controllers unless it is a special order. |

Controller shown with the JST connector option. This adds $2 to the price. ![]() |

well, I have been using the 6v and 7.4v winch controller on my servo winch. I love it!!! I just want to make sure one thing here. here is what I got on my C3 rig... 4PL radio MMP ESC and set internal BEC voltage for 7.4V 3S 11.1V Lipo 7950 Steering servo(front) 7954 Steering servo(rear) one CCBEC @ 7.4v for both front and rear steering servo Hitec 7955 Servo winch with Heyok Higher Voltage Winch Controller(7.4V), so for this set up, I just connect my servo winch to 4PL receiver. However, if I want to run with this 4 amp relay winch controller now instead of Heyok Higher Voltage Winch Controller, then do I need to get one CCBEC for 4 amp relay winch controller ? |
