At this stage it comes with no controller. Later, we will release a new controller for it, but for now it does not. The original servo board can be included if you like, but it will require modification to use as a winch controller. |

I cut my own rear bumper mount holes in the mount, it didn't come that way. Front dual servo mounts and TZI winch forward, steering servo behind it A different truck, same dual servo mount shoved into my Toyota build Please excuse all my waterproofing goop | |

How much length of what diameter wire/cable/string does the spool hold while still working well?

It depends on the thickness of rope used. During testing I was determined to max it out, so needed the best cable I could get. After some testing of various ropes, I settled on MadDogRC winch rope. The spool will fit between 3m and 4m of The MadDogRC winch rope. Obviously you can put more on by using thinner rope, but it could break under super heavy load. (20kg+) Regardless if the winch drum is full or empty, the winch will still work plenty strong enough |

Mine is now sitting in its final position, I redesigned everything specifically for this piece. I'm already so impressed with the unit, can't wait to make it do work! |
