Shipping to RPP HOBBIES this week ,,BMRC next week ,,, The new servo's are holding up really good ,, Still have some prototype servo winches out there and no break downs yet ,,Might be more to my line up of servo winches ,I will give them plenty of time to see how there work out ,,

Well guys am not getting any younger and some days I cant even hold a coffee cup, So I was looking for either selling KMS Winches or getting some help ,, Well guys welcome my new addition to KMS Winches ,,His name is Pat ,,[ Prawn ] ,,His list of Qualifications are Friend, neighbor, RC NUT and learns fast . At the milling machine he is a wiz and doing a get job ,,Orders are going out faster than ever and hes wanting to start stock piling parts and servo winches for future orders ,, I should have got his help long time ago.

Still here and working on helping winch break downs ,Yea it happens radio problems or bad servo motors , Drives me bonkers some days ,,Hate seeing guys have problems ,,so I will give out some tips ,so you wont have to learn the hard way
Never remove 3mm lock nut from shaft ,no confusion here there is one nut on winch never remove it ,The cap does slide over it for adding gears to gears ..

Don't tie on hook until winch is being controlled by radio, if not when you fire it up the first time and end points on radio are not set properly it will suck in line until hook bottoms out and can or will damage motor,

Burnt motor,, I have stated that I don't cover the motor . I have replaced a few motors for free , If motor burns up get the servo number ie TP MG 946R or what number is on the label ,go to ebay or hobby shop and buy another servo ,they don't sell just the motor , Remove the 4 screws from the bottom of servo , remove lower servo base you will see the board , pull it up out of servo ,lightly twist motor while pulling it will come out , remove board and wires from new motor , you can use your old JST plug wire from your servo winch ,Re solder it on to new motor ,, Do same thing to servo winch ,

Thank you guys ,Its been a tuff one , We are still dealing with estate ,that might take years ,

I am back in shop doing a order for RPP, More news TP changed the case on the 480 servo and the amount of machining it,, makes price to high ,I have discontinued it ,,Sorry,, The 220 will dead lift 62 lbs that's probably enough or in crawler language bend a Wraith in two ,,, Thank you Robert
