LED Emergency Flasher / Strobe

Two channels of flashing lights.
Uses a three position channel.
Channel position:

Off (both output are off)
Triple flash (flash left three times, flash right three times, repeat)
Alternate flash (flash left, then right, repeat)

Just added a feature to this controller. Now you can make use of it without having an extra channel. If you apply power without a servo signal being present, it will do the triple flash sequence.
