We shipped a bunch out this last week and have a few hundred more going out this week. I'm not in the shop right now as it's 9:45 Sunday night but when we get to the shop in the morning Solomon or myself will post up an update with dealers to watch for.

I sent an email to customer service a week ago, and a few days later I forwarded my email to Don.

My problem is that my dig is slipping into 2wd from 4wd when I'm climbing a steep incline. I've messed with my endopoints and the problem persists. Im using the recommended Hitec 225.
Please advise.
thanks.

Check to make sure your shift rod is tight in the shift fork. If it can rotate it is possible for it to rotate enough to let it slip. If not you might simply not be hitting 4 wheel drive hard enough. Try disconnecting your servo horn from the servo, and using your hand move the shift rod as far as it can go into 4wd. Now compare that position to where you had your EPA's set. If you run it much with the EPA set too far from full 4wd it is possible to round the drive dog which would make that part in need of replacement. Check the first two things and see if they help, if not please get back with me so we can get you taken care of further.

Actually Don sent me an e-mail asking me to send it in with the tranny but I cant send the tranny cuz I have a comp on the 5th. So can I just buy the replacement parts I need? I need both outdrives and the drive dog that bolts onto the rear outdrive and might as well as get the black drive dog as well. How much will it cost me? At this point I don't care about cost I just want things to work.

is there an exploded view with labeled parts for this dig? I'm not sure what is called what. I have it pulled apart now, and it appears that the drive dog (it's the part that's attached to the tranny) is slightly rounded. The edges aren't perfectly flat.

I will get some pics of it up in the morning.

Definitely an EPA problem, either your neutral was set dragging in 4wd or your 4wd was set barely engaged. I have cogs with a few hundred batts on them that have no wear like that...and I'm hard on my stuff. Regardless, we have drive dogs ready to ship. Shoot me an email at don@dna-rc.com. Make sure and clean the rest of it up nicely before reassembly!

Default Replacement Shift Fork

Hey guys... I just wanted to say thanks for sending out my replacement shift fork as quickly as you did. It is much appreciated...

I was reading on your CFX post that you are making a dig tray for the AX10? I can tell you right now that the new SWX will need one. I hacked one up last night, but I would rather have one from you...since the craftmanship is so much better

Also, when will the carbon fiber front battery and rear link plates be available for purchase? Do you have a price for them? Can I buy from you now?

Thanks again...
