Don't feel bad at all! I just sent my 3rd email to you. Not sure why they aren't coming through. My local po "lost" the package that I sent Monday. I didn't find out till the other day so I sent a second out with some stickers. I'm sending a 4th email now.

Sorry for the delay, most of the time my po does good...but every now and then they screw up and act like its my problem.

Ok here it is. This speel is for the good services that have been provided by bwd.
A few weeks ago, i purchased a dub boddieless cab for my mantis from don at bwd. Week or more later, still no reply, or comfirmation it was sent.
A few emails later and and had it sused out for me.
The emails he sent me werent getting to me, but when he finaly got hold of me, he explained that the local post office had lost it. Thru no fault of his own.
So don then gets up emails me, to tell me this. And then to tell me he has resent the cab and some decals as well. And i was stoked for that. Happy as a dog wagging two tails.

Well last night i have a look at my emails and therr is another. Don surpassed himself this time.
He tells me that for my troubles, he will now give me.a.in store discount. Now im as happy as a pig in shit.

So thank you don, i really appreciate what you have done for me, all ya help and going beyond your means. Ya a gentleman an a scholar my friend.

And to all that read this lil speel, if you want qaulity, first rate customer service, products that are second to non. Then bwd is ya best choice.
Thanks bwd thanks don. For all.

To Whom This May Concern:
I just purchased a pair of fOff motor plates for a couple builds I have in the works. They will be mounted to VP transmission cases. Will I need to use any spacers between the mount and transmission? If so, what size should they be.

Also, anyone who has built the phantom kit, I got one but am sort of stuck as to which screws to use, i.e., what size goes where.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers,
Doc

Hey Frakke, just sign into the site with all of your details and place the order, Don will take care of the rest. I know he ships all over the world.

There may be a build thread on RCshortcourse.com but I am unsure.

Does anybody know Don personally? Have ordered and payed with paypall for a phantom frame, but still no word from him? Is this normal procedure?

Sorry for the delay on reply guys, we just moved (shop and house) and my Internet is still not set up yet... They are telling me it should be up this Saturday.

Frakke, you placed an order on Friday (january 25) around noon (we typically ship Monday thru Thursday and all orders typically require 1-3 days for processing) and you filed a non receipt dispute on me with PayPal this morning. That's only one business day. You also only paid for the cheapest standard shipping which means that even if I had shipped it Friday it would not have any chance of being at your door one business day later.

Phantom build instructions should be up this weekend, only waiting for my Internet to be up and running. We moved out to the country and everything takes longer getting setup here. The pain from moving should be passed by this weekend, and ill be adding some new equipment in the coming few weeks to further the business.
