| VF/DNA/BWD R/C Beadlock options
OK guys, here is our current lineup. I will get exact weights after I get back from Crawlapalooza. 2.2 Beadlocks: Assassins - 6 spoke Stalkers - Split 5 spoke Snipers - 6 hole Thrashers - 5 stars Several more designs soon to come! Our 2.2 Beadlock lineup is available in Berg/WK or AX offset. The offset are such that your track width will run between 10 and 10-1/8" depending on your tires. You can of course modify hexes to alter your track width further. 1.9 Beadlocks: Mini Assassins (not pictured) Mini Snipers (pictured on the mini Slingshot) Mini Thrashers (pictured) Several more designs soon to come including a scale wheel design by Demonspawn. Current offset is the same as the stock Losi rims, giving the same track width as stock. I will update this post as more hit production. Don Last edited by billet works; 10-30-2008 at 01:04 PM. |

| A bunch of AX offset Stalkers are heading to TCS this week, you can get pricing at www.tcscrawlers.com. I'm pretty sure pricing on our 2.2 line runs right at 99 bucks. Thanks, Don |

With exception of a few sets, no MRC wheels will be able to ship this week. I've had some issues with the pc I do all my design/programming on and I am trying to resolve that asap. That being said, we have rings already cut, have mini Snipers running, and are getting ready to start cutting 1.9 Thrashers. I promise to update everyone as soon as I have a stock of these guys ready to ship. Don |

Well this burned spot on my MoBo is telling me I'm gonna need to replace a thing or two. I run home built pc's so it's not a huge deal...just a matter of replacing the right components.

| Well that's a bummer, Nahalem isn't even out yet. If you get the same mobo, you don't need to reload windows, I'm sure you knew that already |

You have 2 options: 1. Wait for Nahalem and Core i7 2. Get an LGA775 socket If you can't wait, you have only one option. If you need any advice let me know, I stay current with all of that stuff. If you are going to replace everything, i.e. video card, I got a really cool trick that will allow you to take an enthusiast card ($250) and make it an enterprise card ($2000). All it takes is a little registry editing and driver manipulation. The reason you want to do that is most of the CAD and NC programs run on OpenGL architecture. I turned my 8800GTX ($400) into a Quadro ($2500), the performance increase in solidworks is unbelievable! I know you like AutoCAD which is not a graphically intense program, but you should see some benefits in GibbsCAM. All it takes is a little time. If you need some memory, I have 2GB of some high performance DDR2 RAM that needs a good home, I would gladly donate to the cause. If you want to talk about your options call me. And remember that you have a MicroCenter in Plano, not just the Fry's in Arlington. |
