| As some know I had some problems with my first versions, I'm now running the final retail version with the braces and haven't had a single problem. I've tried to break it twice now with some serious twisting scenarions and all is good!

I've been beating the piss out of mine as well and haven't had any issues. It looks delicate but it definitely isn't!

As a proto runner I can say that it is strong. I intentionally tried to break mine and was only successful after 5 attempts. But that same chassis has been fixed and running again. They are strong guys! Very fun to learn to drive as well. Climbs like nothing else.

| i can attest to the durability of this rig as well. i bought a bunch of parts and 2 broken sideplates, patched them up and have 6 packs through the fixxed chassis with no problems so far even with a few big(6ft+) falls on the repaired part. the cross bracing that was added to the production chassis makes all the difference in the world. i am getting used to how this thing drives and the right way to attack lines woth it. the c.g. is supper low and stable as hell . the most predictable torsion rig i have ever driven for sure.

I've only tried the Cane style torsions, and they had a characteristic where under articulation on an off camber, it would load & then spring over, rolling the vehicle. Does this chassis show that tendancy? (I'm really interested in the low cog.)

I just got mine built up, haven't had a chance to really break it in, but it definetley has an off-camber "spring" Not a horrible thing, I still think I can tune most of that out. What set-ups is everybody else running? Any comp successes? |

Well, I repositioned the rear supports, added a little weight to the rear wheels and changed to some better foams. And this thing runs great! Makes the truck a lot of fun to drive, There's a little learning curve to this setup, but it's not frustrating. No regrets. Anybody else running this chassis? Anyone? Hello? |

Don't forget 2 packs of REVO rod ends. The Axial ones from any kit are too small

yeah, I thought that they were going to add that info in the kit? these SSS's all need the larger rod ends. If you need any help with the build. dont hesitate to ask us that have them built. My build is in my signature and will answer some questions you may have.
