| djmoye's sss build
well guys here she is not complete but most mods are done what ya think so far ... well i finally bit the bullet and decided to go all out on her .. just added a hitech hs7950th and axial inner c's (clockable) and my own custom bta setup and new wheels alum. maltese cross style, a cc bec 10 amp and a well needed spectrum dx3e, fixed the r2d trans and added the 2s goat 18.5 brushless. what ya guys think thus far .. oh and new body in the paint shop a bug body i got about a total of 24 oz on front axle and 12oz in rear, ccbec is installed but not tuned to 6a yet, new maltise wheels with panthers , new alumin. front and rear battery and 4 links , awaiting my mip shafts and axial high steer knuckles, what am i missing , so turmoil and i are working on the torsion links to the axles to make them even more stable and stream line , what ya think ??? |

That looks sick in the red and black. There are too many choices out there to decide what chassis I want yet.

| The SSS-R is an all new chassis. The links, link lengths, skid, sides, and everything else are completely new. The only way would be a full chassis kit. The SSS-R is not just a torsion side plate 4 link setup, it's a tunable 6 link system with a high clearance back end. I redesigned it from the ground up to improve on the shortcomings of my original SSS. BW |

I have a sss-r with losi comp and axels. I am having a delema on if a fj roof rack with lights is about the same size and the sss-r roof thought it would be a neet add on for looks. can ya help me out? Kinda thought it would give it the off road effect I am looking for. Maybe a couple light up front ant it would give it a true custom rockbuggy look |

Not that I am aware of John, there is still plenty of good info in the ax10 section though. Mix that with the new tech of today and it could be a tidy rig.
