| Hello everyone, My name is Norm (team3six) and I am one of several Vendors here at RCC. I would like to take a moment of your time and pass along some important information to help you in making your purchases with an RCC Vendor a smooth transaction and a business that you will return to again in the future. First off, If you are new here at RCC. I would like to take the time on behalf of all the Vendors to welcome you. RCC is a pretty large and tight community and at times can be a little overwhelming. But as you look around the threads you will realize that we all try our very best by taking care of our own, I believe that is what makes RCC unique, and why I have choosen to be one of the vendors here. Another thing that makes this website Unique is that because of the large tight knit family RCC has. RCC is able to host several different kinds of vendors that have a special talent, Useful manufactering skill, or a store that is specifically taylored to Crawling and its members. In this measure you should realize that many of these vendors do their very best to answer your questions in a timely manner as well as taking care of your needs. We as Vendors do understand that you need your items quick and in that there are some key facts that you should take into concideration. There are some Vendors here at RCC that are able to attend to the consumer in a more quick process. It is because of their size and capabilties that they are able to do this and therefor can get your product to you faster. On the other side of the coin you should also realize that some of the vendors here are a single man opperation's that simply manufacture or produce unique items that can take time and can not be shipped out immediately. This is not saying those vendors care any less for you the consumer, This is basically saying that as a small opperation or company, they are limited to how fast a product goes out to you. The reason for this is simply because those small companies do not sell enough product to sustain a full time business so those companies generally do the orders after a day at a regular job or on the weekends. Us vendors are just like you, We enjoy Rock crawling as much as you do and we care about our fellow crawlers just alike. So in short, please take the time to understand the products we are introducing to you and what it means to us, the Vendors. Knowing that you continue to return again and again to buy our product. And if you have any questions, Please feel free to P.M. us or email us and allow us time to attend to your questions. Again on behalf of the RCC Vendors, thank you. | Thanks for the great post. As a one-man operation, I try as hard as I can to keep all customers happy, sometimes that is not always possible, as my time is limited to "do work". All I can say is I will try my best to keep as up-to-date as I can. |

| x2 The Vendors here on RCC bring you the most up todate Crawler related items you can't get any where esle. You can't get Custom a Painted Body of your likes from Towerhobbies. You can't get a HaVoc, T1E, KK, Vanquish Incision, superjuice, etc, etc from Towerhobbies. You can't get Adjustable offset Delrin Beadlocks from Towerhobbies. You can't get all the Cool CNC Scale items from Rc4wd at Towerhobbies. Berg Lock-outs, (Or really anything for a Berg, but from RCC Venders) Handwound Motors, Torque Master Pro ESC, Delrin Links, Skids and Chassis's etc, etc, etc The list goes on...... Were do you think the Bender Chassis, GC1, The Stick and NN all came from. Here on RCC from Venders on RCC. None of these items can not be bought from other sites... And the only way any of these items were even brought to RCC was from the help of RCC Customers. I'd say over 95% of the Vendoers here. Have a Full Time job on top of the Crawler parts. You might has well add Family on to of that as well. We do our best to answer PM's, E-Mails, Phone calls, Text's and so on. We try out best to get products produced, packaged and shipped. But these things take time. None of us have huge factorys with 100's or even 5 employees. So it may take us some time to get all of the items together and shipped. Sometimes if all the planets and stars are lined up. We can ship that day. Which does happen a lot. Just don't freak out and think we are cheating, ripping off, scamming you for your money. If you need an item really fast even over night. Give us a PM or E-mail. If we have it we will go out of our way to try and make that happen. Here is some background. We are a team of 2 husband and wife. We are raising 2 children and one in the oven( 8weeks n counting). Our oldest one has Trisomy 21(Down Syndrome). Needless to say the items we make are something that we enjoy like a hobby,(gives me the "mom" something to work on during kids nap time and breaks) which helps offset the costs of our RC Hobby "addiction". So between juggling full time job, full time mom, the items sometimes do take a couple extra days to be shipped out. We appreciate all the orders and the customers patience. Each order is Kustom done and communication between Vendor and Customer is very important in the success of KK. Thanks Michelle and Rob Last edited by Krawler Konceptz; 11-23-2009 at 12:56 AM. | |

| Great info!!! We are probably one of the smaller lesser known vendors on here, but do our best to support anybody that supports our little company. I for one always have atleast 1 of all my chassis kits in my car with me along with a usps flat rate box just incase I get an order midday. This way I can literally ship same day if needed! The RC crawling community has really grown leaps and bounds over the last few years, and it's all owed to the great vendors on here along with the RCC community! |

| I know most of the post on here are from other vendors, but I'd like to put my two cents in. A BIG THANKS to all the vendors on here. too me waiting is not a big deal . Everyone on here has saved me alot of $, and I have some killer stuff now. not to put the local hobby shops down, but most of them have not a clue of what a custom crawler is on RCC is all about. Sure these guys know axial, venom, and a LCC. They can buy a crawler in a box and sale it off the show room floor. But they have their hands full fulfilling other aspects of Rc as well. So they have to stock other parts as well, not just crawlers. So basically what I'm saying is if you need a part to get you by. Go to the local hobby store they might have what you need. But if you are building a custom crawler it will take time to build. look at some of the top build on this site, and you will understand what I'm saying. AND if you are building a custom one off rig, you will be willing to wait on some killer parts for your rig. the nicest thing about RCC and the vendor on here, is that they work side by side with one another. the top builders are watching what the vendors are making, and the vendors are looking at what is being done. this sport changes with every build so vendors got to try to keep up, and I like seeing this happen. I want to thank everyone that works on this site to keep it going, and to all the builders that push the envelope on their builds, vary nice work of late. AND to all the vendors even the one man that tries to keep going and pushes himself to try new things. I can't say enough about all you guy, thanks. All of you have kept me out of alot of trouble. even the one guy that does a build and doesn't finish. Why I say that is I have trouble staying out of trouble with the law. I guess you can say that I like to drink to much. Ive been in alot of trouble in the past 15 to 20 years of my life, in and out of jail all the time. I've be out for the last two years because of this sport. RCC keep up the good work as well as all the vendors, you don't know how much all you mean to me, sounds like I'm a big girl on that last comment but what the hell |
