Here's mine.

Call it what you want. I call it "The Pain", a buddy of mine calls it "Fawk Stick".

Have updated my aussie stick ( Mantis )ready for our next comp.

It's going to be held at the international 1:1 4x4 show which is going around the country at the moment .So there will be thousands passing through the doors over the three day event so i thought i better get a new lid as well.

They are setting up a course for us at the 1:1 crawler display so it should be awsome.

It's being held next weekend.

I chose the body and paint scheme and had it airbrushed for me. I stuck with the green theme as this is the Mantis.

It nearly dissapears in the grass just like the insect in this shot.

Finally a poser shot until the next comp, you can't tell in the pic but the green used is candy green.

Forgot to mention the other mods.

Proline beadlocks narrowed an inch .
Track gears through the whole diff f/r.
TTR cvd's.
Placed 2mm lead sheeting ( we get this from roof tile shops down here) which i cut into 8mm wide strips and wrapped it around the axle bearing carrier inside of the steering knuckle. Iv'e got 7oz in each knuckle on the front and you cant even see it.

Also running the cvd's with Benders 23mm adapters , this narrows the track width by only 5mm each side.

Do you have battery packs for it yet?

Thanks. Brought it for a crawl yesterday for the first time, and it is sweet. It goes wherever it wants to. I'll post some more pics of it when I go crawling again.
Thanks again

He kept true to the old school Stick battery placement area, the back axle.

Looks good.

Recent pics from last weekend.

http://www.badgerracing.com/~rcracer...tid=6478&stc=1

Going to do a rebuild this winter.
I'm going to make
a longer 17" wheelbase (Better climbing)
Bent links (Greater clearance)
A full body no cage or maybe alum 1/2 cage (Less weight and better bias).
Weighted tires or axle weights of some kind in the front. (Better weight bias)
Go with a hollow back bone. (Less weight)
Front mounted electonics. (Better weight bias)
