For all the items that have threaded holes, are the threads preserved or retapped after powdercoating or is this something we'd have to do on our own?

Very cool service and am surprised it took so long to get someone to do this.

Thank you i have been deciding for a while if it would be worth forking out the money for a blue star so i figured it may take off so here i am...

No , i have some spare screws that i screw into everywhere that has threads and i also have plugs to put into the bigger threaded holes and i also have caps to put over things to keep the powder off. you will receive your item back ready to go with no work...

I'm very curious how that purple looks.... got samples of it. I plan on winning your free P.C at BOTW and I wanna do a lot of stuff.

Gear Cases, wheels, knuckles, C's, upper links, rear tubes an so on.

Right after the BOTW I plan on breakin down my rig and sending it your way.

Sounds good ill be looking forward to do all that for you. Ill do a sample of the dark purple today and post it . The other purple I have is posted I done my quad frame in it . It's a $50 gift certificate that I gave Erik so that will be a dent in all those parts for sure.

Took it out for its first run yesterday and was very impressed with how well the powder coating held up, and didn't go easy on it either!! Here's a few action pics Harvo took :
