I have a few hundred panels here that I'm working through getting formed and fitted. Wife and I are gonna work on packaging tonight and start filling orders.
Orders will be filled in order received.
Orders with full roofs or Ultra 4 roofs won't start shipping till Monday.
Orders with KOH sides have been pushed back till mid next week. When I got my panels back, $700 worth of inventory was scraped due to poor communication within the job shop. Waiting on that stuff to get recut now that's its all been straightened out.
Also have already started a second run of panels as these are moving very fast.
RPP will be getting stock next week as well as Crawlerbits in Australia.

Started packing orders today and will continue on through the week as more inventory shows up. Going to check every piece before I pay this time as I found another few hundred worth of scrap again, this time on Wraith panels.

Not sure what's going on but gonna find out soon.
I started having them go ahead and blast the mounting holes for me to help save me some time and has turned out to be a bad deal so far. Some of the panels are getting bad blow back from the jet. Doesn't make them useless but I can't sale them at full retail that way cuz the finish is undesirable.
What I'm gonna do is offer the blem panels for sale though at a discount price and will be available on the CFM Facebook page in the for sale section there. They would be perfect for people that are wanting to paint their panels or if someone is just plain hard on their stuff and doesn't mind the panels already scratched or blemished a little.
I try and pick the best material and best pieces to sale and some scrap is to be expected. I probably mark some stuff as blem due to the fact that I have high standards of what I would consider acceptable for resale.

Have everything lined out so there won't be anymore scrap panels being cut. Gonna take a little more effort on my end again but it all comes out the same in the end.
Picking up KOH sides today and forming some Ultra 4 roofs tonight also.

We have been overwhelmed with orders and to top it off, having to deal with all the bad panels that came back to me.
Everything has been sorted now and that won't be an issue in the future. I have also cut plenty of stock so everything will stay in stock or be able to be replenished quickly once I get caught up.
Going to work some tonight, tomorrow night and most of the day Sunday to try and get nearly every order filled. I will be working my way through by order number now that all the panels are here and just need to be shaped, fit, and packaged.
Also, the bearing kits are in stock and ready to ship.
