| Custom Painted bodies By Caci623
Hello to all. This is a new thread as the origional has lost the pics! (My Bad) I'm a new vendor and have been painting RC bodies for the last 2 years. Please stop by my web sight and check out my work. I do requests all the time and can paint just about any image on a plastic body. I can duplicate anything on my sight onto any body you would like to have painted. One thing for certain, my work is unlike anything you have ever seen before!! My work ranges from "concourse", what the guys here refer to as "scale" to some pretty wild stuff. All the images I paint are by hand on the inside of the body with a brush! I'll be offering my 1/8th and 1/10th bodies to all RCCRAWLERS members for $99 thru the end of the year! Here's a random selection of my work. MY WEB SIGHT is www.custompaintedrcbodies.com Best regards Caci623 |

just curious, but is that all hand painted directly onto the body or painted onto another surface and then transferred?

| Real deal!
Hi, All the images are hand painted with a brush on the inside. The rest is air brushed. They aren't transfered, or stickers or pictures glued on etc. To the best of my knowledge, I'm the only RC painter doing this! thanks for asking Caci |

I use several brands, however the "images" are all painted with Faskolor waterbased paints.

A receint rage going on via the internet. A guy posted a message that a T-shirt of 3 wolves howling at the moon made him a CHICK MAGNET! Now the vendor is selling thousands of these T's. Here's a link to the rage! http://www.nytimes.com/2009/05/25/nyregion/25towns.html I just had to paint a body!!!LOL!!! |

Wow your work is amazing. It takes a lot of talent to do that as a painter wrapping your head around everything you know and do it in reverse. |

I am interested in this body: Painted in Purple (crown Royal Purple), with real fire flames (not tribal) on the nose only. I also want the wood bed as shown. This is for 2.2 berg. What would the turn around time be? Last edited by John Galbreath Jr.; 11-10-2009 at 07:33 PM. |
