| The plastic is more brittle then the delrin. I'm not sure how close the plastic hex pocket tolerances are. On our wheels we machine the hex pocket to +.003 -.000 This helps eleminate any slop in the hex drive and the hex pocket plus we have all the material around the hex pocket for added strength.
