I stripped my prolines about 30 min after I built my Berg. How does the delrin compare to the plastic? Thanx

The plastic is more brittle then the delrin. I'm not sure how close the plastic hex pocket tolerances are. On our wheels we machine the hex pocket to +.003 -.000 This helps eleminate any slop in the hex drive and the hex pocket plus we have all the material around the hex pocket for added strength. Hope this helps.

Thanks Mayhem Eng.
