Default Wheel Works 1911 beadlock wheels

NEW

1911 series beadlocks

All wheels and rings are cut from 6061 along with 80 stainless 3mm button heads.

10 bolts per ring ensures you won't loose a bead. I've been running these allot lately and have run countless packs through running only 4 bolts per ring and have yet to loose a bead.

I wanted an extra beefy hex area since I've seen a couple guys break the hexes in some aluminum wheels. There should be enough room to cut a 14mm hex in these and still have enough material for a strong hex area. If guys would like a 14mm hex cut in their wheels,we can do that. Just PM me and we'll work out the details.

We will have an offset that puts an Axial at 10.125" overall

We will also have an offset that puts a Berg right at 10.375" overall.

We are cutting the Berg offset right now. I'll have 9 sets of Berg offset wheels ready to ship tomorrow afternoon. After we run the Berg offset,we'll be making 15 sets of the Axial offset.

Here's a few pictures mounted up on my Berg.....

Total cost for wheels, rings and all hardware is $125 shipped anywhere in the U.S.A.

If guys want to buy 2 sets or more,PM me. I'll offer a discount for a package deal.

Thanks for looking.

very nice looking wheels.

How hard would it be to machine a hex on both sides so you could have a dual offset wheel?

Thanks. I'm sure it's doable. I can try to play with the drawings at work and see what I can come up with.

I need a set with 14mm hex for my TF axles. I think berg offset would work and still clear the knuckles. Can you make em to clear the 8mm stub and hub carrier?

I gotta get my Wreckluse project done, and all I really need is some 14mm hex rims!

I'll call ya a bit later. I did a little figuring after I talked with you today. I think it's doable, may have to get a little creative though.

I got 15 sets of Berg offset cut today. One more set of Bergs to cut, then I'll be cutting 15 sets of the Axial offset. Right now,I've only got enough rings and hardware for 10 sets.

Sent 2 Berg offset and 1 Axial offset out this morning. Thanks guys.

I have 7 more sets of Axial offset to cut. My last set Monday, will be a custom set for Mr. John Holmes. He's going to get a 14mm hex cut in his for a scale Wreckluse running narrowed Twin Force axles.

Some of the local guys,if they'd rather go pick them up in person, these wheels will be available at Brians Hobbyland. I'll also have a couple sets of each offset at our comp on the 30th if anyone needs a set.

I can check on anodizing for ya.

We haven't really planned on offering that, but if there's enough interest,we can offer a few different colors.

I'll try to check Monday when I go back to work.

Right now,we aren't going to do anodizing. If there's enough interest in a certain color,we can do a lot of one color. It would have to be quite a few sets though. Or,we could run a few sets in black delrin for the guys that want black.

As of right now,we have 3 different finishes available in either an Axial offset or a Berg offset. Either a raw machined finish, polished for the guys that like to add some BLING or a satin finish.

Here is a few pictures of a polished wheel....

Here is a few of the satin finish. These are also a custom set we did for John Holmes. He is building a scale Wreckluse running Twin Force axles. Needing a 14mm hex,we opened the hex up and opened up the OD of the counter bore on the face for a bigger wheel nut.

Here's a few action shots of a polished set I installed on my sons Axial. Overall width is right at 10.125" outside of tire. This could vary some depending on foam set up. Skinny and tall foams will get you a little skinnier, short wide foams will pooch the sidewalls out a little more gaining a little width.

Thanks Stacey, does look kinda sexy doesn't it.. The BLING is kinda growing on me now,may need to make me another set to polish up for my Berg.

You guys can probably tell the rings themselves are just sanded smooth to remove any flaws, still kindly a light satin finish. I figured the rings get beat up pretty bad anyway,so I thought I'd leave mine satin. However,I can polish the rings as well if some would like that.
