Great job Steve.
Glad you like them and they are working well. I ran 4 bolts in my rings for a long time, never lost a bead. I think only 2 is a bit extreme though. Good enough for testing though. Running less bolts,I feel puts more stress on the actual threads in the wheel. I HATE stripped threads and more bolts looks better. Thats mainly why I designed them with 10 bolts. I think we'll go with less bolts on our 1.9 wheels though.

Yeah I agree... at least 4 is better. i just got impatient after changing foam 3 times. You can get a really light setup with these wheels if that is what you are after

Soon,very soon.

We've been cutting wheels like crazy the last 2 days. We'll finish up the last of the delrin 1.9's by break time Wednesday. The 2.2 2110's are next.

These are some of the most user friendly wheels I have ever used, one other set I have(manufacturer will remain unnamed) the threads stripped out as I was doing the final cross pattern. The 1911's Are alot better built and hold the bead so much better. I cannot wait for my 1.9 wheels, awesome product

I got to test these out in Colorado. (Great testing area). I ran 4 bats through and did some nasty lines, but the rocks never touched the delrin. Heck, the hardware and rings are barely scratched. I was impressed by the wheels when I saw them, but you get some quality hardware too! Pics to come soon (I'm on the road)

EDIT: Pic added

Got these today. I had to open them and sneak a peak. I'll get them to you Saturday morning.

Glad they picked you up as a Team Driver, this should work out well for both of you. The other deal I was trying to get you was a no-go

I am digging these delrin wheels, crazy light. Probably gonna get me a set or two...

Glad you like them.

I got a couple things in the works for these wheels. We've got SLAMMED at work and I just ain't had a chance to do much with it. I'll try to get Jeff a few options to try just as soon as I can get them cut.
